Hi, I'm Mindy, a budget-conscious, craft-savvy, wife and mother of 3 who became a full time stay-at-home mom after leaving a career in nursing.

What started out as blog, after deciding to tackle some projects in our first home having lived there for 3 years, has morphed into sharing video tutorials catering to women who are beginners.

Having 3 young children at the time and becoming a one income household challenged me to think outside of the box when it came to updating home décor, storage, and organization. With Pinterest and YouTube as my guide I started my DIY journey.

Realizing the need for easy to follow, accessible tutorials, my focus has shifted to sharing my knowledge and woodworking experience with the average momma like myself! I am a firm believer in creating a home you love in your own way! I hope my projects and tips will inspire and empower you to use power tools to create awesome things!
