Christmas faux floral arrangement

It's Day 5 of #12daysofchristmascrafts! Today's post is short and sweet. It's a simple floral arrangement I made to set on a tray in my living room. I initially planned on updating the vase I usually have on this tray, but I found this large green vase at a thrift store for $4 and could not leave it behind!

Supplies:

  • Vase
  • Various floral stems
  • Pine cones (used as vase filler)
  • Ribbon

Step 1: Fill base of vase with small pine cones. The cones will serve to secure and camouflage the floral stems in the vase.

Step 2: Place the flowers in the vase and separate. I did not cut each stem from the bunch.

Step 3: Add berries, branches, etc. to fill in empty spaces.

Step 4: Add ribbon around the outside of the vase for embellishment. I secured the ribbon with hot glue.

And that's it! Such a super easy and quick project that takes a few minutes to do! Don't forget to tag me on Instagram @simplymindy3 with your Christmas crafts!
